Before assignemts does ur school allow teachers to look at ur drafts and give feedback? for any subjects??

yeah..for english..but thats coz my english teacher is retard and smokes..and when she gives out feedback..if you smell the paper you can smell the nicotine or whatever you call that smell

For me, it depends on the teacher.. Some teachers want their classes to do better than others (cos it stands out when the class-average is the highest) and help them in the most subtle ways

For real SC Assessments they dont, they only look at our research/draft notes, but for normal assignments we can show as many drafts as we like.

Usually, yes. I just can't be bothered doing it.

For me it depended upon the teacher.
History and PE they'd look at it as many times as you wanted.
Maths, Sciences and English: no.

well my english teacher is really helpful, i always ask her to look at my draft and she says yes. She gives great feedback and thank you I had her for year 9 and 10. Such a pitty she on long service leave next term

Our history faculty however banned it for year 10 assesments. They will not look at ur draft. We were able to do it for term 1 and early term 2 but then from week 5 on. No more as head teacher finds it not fair.

Really?

My dad is a teacher, but I get annoyed at him and make him go away if he tries to change my assignments at all. If it's not my work I shouldn't hand it in, end of story.

I'm pretty sure we're allowed to get our work checked by teachers.
Some teachers allow it, some don't.
Generally speaking though, my grade doesn't get their work checked.

I dunno, we were specifically told the BoS had decided no more handing in of draft assessments. Maybe it was just for year 12?

It depends on the teacher.
Most English teachers do.
But my science teacher is always worried about "giving too much away" and he thinks if he looks at our draft and tells us where we went wrong and what to fix then in some weird way he is doing our assignment for us. I don't ask for help from him anymore.
