school ranked betn 150 & 170

my ranks are:
Adv Eng 22/44
Maths 15/46
Maths Extn 9/14
Chem 8/28
Bio 9/36
Agri 1/11

any hope for ATAR of 95 or will i need to score 100% in all HSC exam papers

Right now I can see you at being at the high 80s, around 87-89 but let's be realistic, it is almost if not impossible to score 100% in all HSC papers. Give it your all and maybe you could push your atar up to the low 90s. At this stage, 95 seems a little too far.

Realistically Aysce is right, idyllically you should have been in the top 5 for every one of your subjects, and the marks that you would need for a 95 in the HSC now may be too high, that being said imo your at 85/86, if you have smashed the external exams then it may be different.
