English Advanced:Rank 17/84 where I've got 31/40% HSC course completed
Chemistry:Rank 16/36 where I've got 25.4/30% HSC course completed
3U:Rank 9/67 where I've got 35.9/40% HSC course completed
4U:Rank 11/25 where I've got 32.8/40% HSC course completed

I also accelerated Business Studies last year with
a HSC mark of 92.

PS:I hope to achieve an ATAR of 97+

not ready to say 97+ at this point in time, you're probably looking at 93-95 atm

id say you should definitely be able to get 97+ considering you are only doing 8 units and already have a great score for business studies. try and improve your chemistry mark.

I say you're prob at 96-97 ish now. Need to bump up your chem rank or 4U rank to be secure for 97 though.

op's ranks could jump a fair margin considering those are some decent internal marks.. and marginal assessments marks between marks would probably be low
