I go to a top 3 school and I was wondering what ATAR I'd be looking at with these ranks.
English Advanced - 90/206 (number of band 6s in 2016 - 118)
Mathematics 2U - 60/100 (number of band 6s in 2016 - 64)
Extensions Mathematics - 120/185 (number of band 6s in 2016 - 144)
Biology - 25/48 (number of band 6s in 2016 - 36)
Chemistry - 50/133 (number of band 6s in 2016 - 55)
Physics - 90/110 rip ( (number of band 6s in 2016 - 65)

Since most of the ranks you listed are in the range of low band 6 except physics with a band 5, I'd estimate around 97.5-99 if you smash the externals.
