I'm just beginning the HSC course and was wondering what my ATAR would be, given my Year 11 Preliminary results.
Any help would be much appreciated.
I was ranked #1 in every subject.
Additionally, I have picked up English Extension 2 and Extension History (aiming for 43+ in these, hopefully 45+).
I am afraid my school will bring my ATAR down significantly due to lower marks on average of my cohort.

English Advanced
Final Exam: 98%
Overall Assessment / Exam: 94%

English Extension 1
Final Exam: 88%
Overall Assessment / Exam: 95%

Mathematics
Final Exam: 94% (scaled)
Overall Assessment / Exam: 92%

Food Technology
Final Exam: 96%
Overall Assessment / Exam: 98%

Modern History
Final Exam: 82%
Overall Assessment / Exam: 93%

Economics
Final Exam: 79%
Overall Assessment / Exam: 90%

Thanks! :D

School rank? It's hard to tell cause you're first in all your subjects.

Yeah I know ranks/scores aren't equal but I was just curious at this stage to see how much I should improve by etc.

What do you mean by school rank?
The rank of my school overall, or my rank in my school overall?

As you are first in all your subs its impossible to tell because its all up to you- your school won't bring you down if you go into the HSC ranked 1. The reason for the school rank is because if you are at a top selective school, I would call 99.95 but if you are at a 400's school, it could be a range from 97 to 99.95 etc. Probs the best thing for you is to look at what the top ATAR's have been at your school over the past few years and then make an (honest) judgement about how much better you think you are to them.

School rank is 350+ :S ~ which is what is kind of frustrating. Ah, if only I went to a selective school. Not that I'd ever get at 99.95, but still.

Even a 97 would be amazing. Wow.
Highest ATAR at my school so far was somewhere between 95-96 I think...

Thanks so much.

+1, if you remain first overall you have no bounds, hence 99.95 is achievable regardless of school rank.
