ATAR Estimate? I realise it's probably a bit early, but why not? (1 Viewer)

School was top 30 in 2011

Chemistry - 86 Overall

Legal Studies - 80% (5-15/40)
Definitely can improve this, by the end of the year I'll be at least top 10, hopefully top 5

Music - 90% (=4/7)
This definitely won't drop any lower, but it might not go up either - everyone's pretty good and it's really more about who does the best on the day. All but two of last years music class (I think there was 10 or so) got band 6's and they had a really shitty teacher.

3 Unit Maths - 99% (1/105)
Hopefully this'll stay, but I might drop a few places.

4 Unit Maths - 84% (1/77)
Not going to drop any lower than 2nd - there's really only one guy that I can see beating me (he scored 82 or so and the next highest was 70)

Physics - 98% (=1/50)
Definitely going to stay first. I was always aiming for first and my only worry was the first task (oral) so I can't see anyone beating me.

English - 80% (Above average - maybe 40/140?)
Aiming for top 40, which I think I'm capable of. In 2011, 2/3 of the cohort got band 6.

Please take into account the goals in my sig. I'll be able to do them all if I put in enough work, apart from the state rank in physics, and even then I wouldn't expect a mark any lower than 95. Also, if anyone's been part of the Faculty of Science Talented Student Program at either UNSW or USYD, can you assess my chances of getting in?

I'd advise to get your Legal rank asap that's all, everything is pretty good. I believe you have a very strong cohort so i'd estimate 95+ atm.

Yeah, not worrying yet. Really just wanted to see whether I needed to work a lot harder or basically just keep doing what I'm doing.
