so post trials i was pretty happy with my marks apart from advanced english, in which i'm averaging about 75% now. i'm planning on making some drastic, and i mean drastic changes between now and the hsc to hopefully get my marks up, if i do this, is it possible for me to achieve an ATAR of 85+? here are the ranks

school rank: 160-70
Ancient History: 4/19
Society and Culture: 4/11
Adv. English: 15/29
Legal Studies: 4/17
General Maths: 10/63

ohh okay haha, so if I'm able to achieve a mark over 80 in my externals for English, would my atar change dramatically?

and I just checked... my schools ranked 140th.
my English rank was also based on an estimation, but I checked with a friend and I should be ranked 10th.
does this make much of a difference?

that's a relief. my ultimate goal is 89, and I just hope that these external exams will allow me to turn everything around. and hopefully achieve this
