English is very gud. Legal is gud. Economix is ok/gud. 4U and 3U are borderline.

right now id say 95.75-97.25

to move up into the 98s u would hav to improve economics to top 3. maths should be moved up to top 10-12 in both extensions.

Id say your on 95-97 at the moment, but your not to far off 98. To get 98+ you would need to move up 2-4 places in MX1, MX2 and economics.

Hm.. My schools rank fluctuates quite a bit >< the year before we were about 63? And I think my cohort this year will do quite well :] how much will this influence my goal of 98?

If your school rank is 63 this year, then I'd say your ranks now are probably enough to get 98

I'd say 97-98.5. I think your friend will probably get band 6's in MX1, MX2, business and eco. The reason I say this is because usually with schools ranked in the 60's, roughly the top 20% of each subject gets a band 6. If your friend wants 99 I'd say he would have to move into at least the top 15 for advanced english.

Its very difficult to give you an estimate because of your small class sizes and low school ranking. If you have completed your trials, can you send us your marks, as this might give us a more accurate idea of your skill level

Nah I havent but I've done half yearlies and these are my results for my overall assessment mark from my report:
adv eng - 84%
ext 1 eng - 86%
ext 2 - 80%
legal studies - 95%
ancient history - 92%
pdhpe - 72%

I'm going to say 84+. The reason I have estimated you so low is because most schools ranked 20th last in the state hardly ever get any band 6's nor 90+ ATAR's. However, as I mentioned before, this estimate is very inaccurate because of your small class sizes and low school ranking. When you get your trials back ask for a revised estimate with your ranks and trial marks and you will be able to get a more accurate prediction. Sorry that I couldnt be more helpful.

85+ or so. Depends on how well you go on the HSC to see how well you'd go.
