English (Adv): 84/140
2U Maths: 6/73 (top 30 got band6 last year)
3U Maths: 81/119 (top 80 b6 last year)
Chemistry: 19/82
Business Studies: 8/34
Economics: 21/65

English and 3U ranks are terrible but 3U isn't much of a concern (school is strong in maths), but I'm wondering how much English will drop me down.

School rank is low 20's

How can I bring it up a couple of points?? Am I correct in assuming that improving English will be more effective than bringing up everything else?

bring up english and maths 3u especially although it won't help to lift in your other subs as well

I'm almost certain that you go to Sydney Tech by those numbers.

I'd estimate:

~ 96.5-97

But the fact is english ALWAYS counts, so in the end, you just have to force yourself to put in the effort for it. Try to enjoy the text too.

Looking back, I don't think it will be that high. Probably around 94-95, maybe 95.5-ish. Sorry for that.
