just asking about my atar estimation, here are the statistics:

This is keeping in mind that I still have my trials left

School Rank:200-250

This is how the format goes
Subject/Rank/Amount of people that get band 6 every year/ subject mark for half yearly/top mark in grade

English Advanced: 6/50 ( approx. 2-3 people get band 6 every year)/85%/90%

Chemistry:4/24 ( approx. 1-2 people get band 6 every year)/90%/92%

Physics:2/13 ( approx. 1-2 people get band 6 every year)/89%/90%

Eco:1/19 ( approx. 1-2 people get band 6 every year)/94%/94%

Maths Ext 1: 1/14 ( approx. 1-2 people get band 6 every year)/96%/96%

Maths Ext 2: 2/4 (only 2 people have got E4, since we started hsc in 2008)/80%/84%

Any advice would be greatful

At the moment, I'd be putting you at about a 95 ATAR.

The best advice would be to improve your English, as that has to count as part of your ATAR. It is hard to determine how well you will actually do when you are topping the subject, as it depends on your external marks, however, keep working as it's looking good.
