looking at your ranks,

math seems to be a bit low and your english is bottom 35%. I would highly doubt you breaking 90+

Maths is low, i know. But scoring 75-ish+ in HSC for 4unit maths scales to 90+
highly unlikely, it seems like your school assessments are fairly easy if the person ranked last can get 75%

try a past paper and see what you get

What if everyone is smart in the school? I get 70% in HSC papers. Almost 80% for Chemistry and Physics.

Rank 300..... yeah nah

How do you mark yourself? 70% is an easy E4
I go to a school that was ranked in the 400's last year, and in my 4U class, I got a 98 as well as another kid, the behind us was a 91, 3 people in the mid 80's, and a person in the mid 70's. So, even in a bad ranking school, you can get a pretty good class in one year.

I'm taking about a very general case scenario

Why are you talking about a general case when I'm telling you that everyone in the class is smart. There's a year 10 accelerated student averaging 100%.
Hes generalizing because your school rank is low and although it could be an exception is is unlikely, you did ask for an estimate and that's his opinion, ask others or do it yourself if u want a second opinion

yes precisely this.

you said that you got 44/50 for MX1 which is just below an E4. i went to a rank 600 school and my class was about on par with previous cohorts but we did end up getting a few more band 6s.

I do understand that you think that your cohort is "smart" but that doesn't exactly correlate to higher marks

I don't think you understand good Sir. I'm basically telling you that my cohort's intelligence does correlate to high marks. But anyway, thanks for your help. Is it still possible to get a 90+ ATAR?
