Hey guys!

I need a 98 for my course- do you think with my marks it’s possible to get? My school is ranked in the 300’s, last years cohort didn’t do great- got 47 band 6’s in total

My subjects are below in the order:

subject/rank/overall internal assessment mark

- english advanced/1st out of 73/ 90%
- english ext 1/1st out of 6/ 91%
- english ext 2/1st out of 4/ 96%
- math standard/ 1st out of 90/ 96%
- society and culture/ 2nd out of 22/ 90%
- biology/ 8th out of 66/ 91%

for the HSC exams i think i’ll get at least 90 for all subjects and maybe 95ish for math.

ext 1 might screw me over tho lol

i really hope that a 98 is possible- let me know, thankyouuu!!!!

oh i forgot to add my trial marks but they’re below:

teachers were super easy with marking in my opinion- and they were all online:

eng adv- 91%
eng ext 1 - 90%
standard math - 100%
society and c - 95%
biology - 90%

Instead of wasting your time worrying about your possible ATAR, why don't you just use the time to work harder for your forthcoming exam: you may add 1 or 2 units to your ATAR. And don't forget to take regular study breaks to avoid stressing yourself.

Ended up getting a 96 haha, scaling screwed me over for some of my subjects lol - but my school isn't ranked very well and quite a lot of my cohort didnt do well which pulled down a lot of my internal marks
Nonetheless that's still a great achievement. Good on ya!!!
