I reakon 90-93 maybe, one unit of biology probably wont count.

Well, ATAR estimates are very unreliable and tend to be inaccurate, even when given by your school. I think 77 is way to low, you should be able to make at least 85 with those ranks. Hopefully, a few more people will give you an estimate, I think they will also agree 77 is too low.
