Anything is possible if you improve your ranks and do well in the actual HSC exams.
But in you current situation i can't say.

But whats up with your subjects? What course do you plan to get into?

No offence bro, but general maths is definitely not enough for engineering. Especially given your 75 rank in it, engineering's probably not the course for you.

This. You really need to step it up with your ranks. if you do wanna do a B Engo in uni I would highly recommend you pick up your game in math especially since you do general and MX1 is assumed knowledge. So if you really want to do engo I suggest doing a bridging course at uni.

Also you need to be motivated we can't really give you tips and then suddenly you'll become motivated all I can say create set goals each month you wanna achieve in school and stick to them and reward yourself. The only way you'll get into uni is if you really want it and are determined to do it. You're being stressed out maybe try to balance out school work, don't cram, don't leave it for the last minute do the work when you get it.

Pretty much whats said above.

Eng is pretty much MXT1 assumed knowledge since you pretty much learn a bit of MEXT2 in 1st year Math courses.
General is to much of a of a stretch from MXT1 and since your not acing that atm i find it hard to believe you'd be capable in catching up. It'll be up to you to work hard and all that stuff.

But that said a 75 aim is within reach if you can at least get into the top like 20% of each of your subjects within your school. But dont take my word for it
