What Atar can I get with these Ranks; in regards if I come in Top 3 in all my subjects by the end of the trials and completely smash my HSC. I am aming for 97+ Atar to get into medicine.

However, these are my current Ranks at school.

School Ranks: 200+ ( Catholic School)
Last Year Dux Atar: 99.45

English advanced: 7/60
Chemistry: 8/16
Biology: 14/45
Maths 2u: 4/15
Maths Ext 1: 4/7
SOR 1U: 3/58

Lets say; If I ace my trails ( worth 30-40% for each subject) and smash the HSC. Could I really score 97+ Atar.

I really need help how the HSC works and How can you really get 97+. I am working hard to come top 3 in everything by the end of the Trails.

92-93. Top 3 in everything and you should get 97. Pretty low chance to get 97 with current ranks even if you do manage to score one or two ranks more in a subject. Work on chem/bio and possibly ext 1

You should aim to increase your ranks in the trials. Even if you get like 60% and you move up a couple ranks, thats still good.

Improving Chemistry to around 4th & Biology to around 5th would provide you with a decent shot at ~97 ATAR.

Yes. Hopefully till the trails I smash all my exams and bet the first kid... what If I get 95% in all my trail exams and get 95 raw mark in HSC.

what if I improve my english rank to 1, chemistry 2, biology 2, Maths 2, Maths ext 1 2 and SOR 1U 1.

^extremely unlikely to get that(95 raw in HSC) considering you're average for half ur subjects
