School rank: 500+

Subject + Rank + Internal assessment mark + Trial Mark + cohort strength:

General Maths - 7/141 - 78/100 - 64/100 (lel, cut me some slack, I just dropped down from 2U) Extremely weak cohort
Business Studies - 2/32 - 84/100 - 77/100 - Average cohort
English Standard - 2/117 - 82/100 - 77/100 - Weak cohort
IPT - 2/64 - 94/100 - 79/100 - Strong cohort
Business Services - 1st - 60/80 - 60/80 - Extremely weak cohort

Is an 80+ ATAR possible ?

Based on your trial marks, you're getting an atar around 65. BUT, since your ranks are high in comparison to your grade, you might get a bit higher. However, I don't think you'll reach 80, unless you get 90+ in your HSC exams. Your ATAR should fall somewhere between 60-70.

Hmm but my Trial mark's aren't moderated or aligned, it's raw.
I'm definitely improving in Maths/Business Services, but if I get approximately the same raw mark for Business/IPT/English, it will align to like a low 80 wouldn't it ?
