So basically I'm concerned if i will achieve an atar of 60, keeping in mind that uws gives 5 atar points just for being in area. My desired course is Construction Management which is 65 with vacancies. Trials have started already and it's too late to ace it, but i've been studying really hard. So far, I have been passing my subjects getting in the 50% 60% range without any study at all along with bad attendance, so basically i just wing it in exams and assessments. Obviously I've started to actually knuckle down and study, so say if i did bad in trials, achieving around 60% which isn't great but with hard study and dedication and i do well in externals can i still get a 60 atar?

My subjects & ranks (this is from my semester 1 report btw):
Adv English: 50/56
General Math: 49/50
Legal Studies: 6/8
Business: 27/36
Economics: 9/11

and my school is ranked 245

Hi. I don't know exactly what would be needed to get an atar of 60. However, you still have trials and then the final HSC exam to go. This equals to probably 70% of your final HSC mark. So, if you work hard, it's definitely possible to pull your marks/ranks up. :)
