Hi prospective Medicine student,
I am Taimoor, a 6th year Medicine student at UNSW.
As a HSC tutor for the past 6 years, I have in the past run UMAT classes for my students wishing to enter MBBS.
This year I am going to offer these sessions to others also.
I achieved a mark of 99 in section 1 and 99th percentile overall. I specialise in section one coaching. There are techniques for each type of question and each modality of question stem that I personally formed, and are aimed at drastically improving efficiency and accuracy in the heavily time-constrained exam. I focus on technique and approach to answering questions, and you will notice your skills improve, taking the guess-work out of the exam. You will be given notes and ample practice material.
Previous students have told me that these techniques are the reason they are in Medicine.
I will be beginning these sessions in the next week, encompassing 4 x 2 hour sessions with a revision session a month prior to the UMAT.
You can contact me on 0425 816 397

As a heads up, I plan to re-run again this year my interview prep classes, using my inside knowledge of what the medicine program considers a successful applicant.
