I download lots of music, TV shows, movies and games. The 12GB I downloaded extra this month was 2 seasons of the Sopranos (~8GB), the Crackdown demo for my Xbox 360 (~1GB) and the rest was for albums (and I download high bitrate albums, 256 minimum, 320 ideally).

It's prime TV season in America so I am downloading 6 or 7 TV shows a week. Then if I find a movie I want to see I'll download that aswell plus any music I like. And for everything I download I upload the same amount back.

There are plenty of people who download much more than me.
