AND REMEMBER:
Each text should by analyzed in relation to
FORM: (how it's told) Prologue - poses questions, 10 Duologues - more questions raised with no hint of a resolution, Epilogue - no answers, reverting to fairy tale ending
STLYE: Absurdist, broken narrative line, non-linear progression
and
CONVENTION: Two actors playing all the roles (among others)

It is not primarily a political play...it is more of a social play exploring the issues of grief and loss. It poses the question "how well do we really know are neighbours?" and some artistic issues you could mention are that of the staging, conventions of the style and if you have seen it, discuss what you saw and how it made you as an audience member feel.

although these things are true... its looking at it all to literally .. Ruby moon is an absurdest piece .. was their even a child to begin with ? the above ideas are all assuming that their was a child and that ruby was not a fictional character in the minds of two people who are trying to fit into a steriotypical type of family by claiming their " daughter" ruby disappeared.. im not saying that u shouldnt take all the above information in . im just saying look at it in many ways ...
i agree with this. what i got out of ruby moon is, because there are only 2 actors playing all of the characters, and there is the constant reference to the book, maybe the situation is all a fictional tale, and there was never a girl, or a flaming tree grove, or any of that.
