diploma is associate..

at least that is what i thought..

fee help or dfee not sure which one (unless they are the same) is for associate

and hecs-help is for bachelor..although that cant be used towards your
flight training component but apparently from 2009..you can defer flight
training payment through something..a similar hecs-help type scheme

The $13k fee you mean?

Expected Additional Costs
Compulsory (Payable to General Flying Services Pty Ltd)
Qantas Cadet PIC Supplement 30 hours Command in C-172 A/C $ 7,260.00
Textbooks and Equipment fee $ 2,956.00
CASA Exam Fees $ 2,518.00
Medical issue SPL and ASIC Fees $ 450.00
Total $13,184.00

Or you mean the fees in this link?

40-150k depends on which career path you choose
Jesus Christ! Also, I've heard that you'd be better off completing an advanced diploma in aviation rather than the undergrad course because for one, it takes less time to complete, and secondly, you train whilst you learn. What are you planning on doing? TAFE or Uni?
