Well I have a few questions about the form:

1. There is a question where it wants your student identification number. What is this exactly?

Well it depends, is it from your school or the one your meant to write in your exams?

For the SC and HSC for example, I think that every student has a student number which they have to write on the top of the paper.

Otherwise, I think that it may be from your school

It's for uni, which confused me. Is it our student number from school? or is it a new number?
