Is it possible to become an electrical engineer with an band 2 in General Mathematics 2 ?

Sorry to sound demotivating but I would say probably no. That being said if you work your ass off its definitely possible, but with a band 2 its already clearly visible Maths is not your forte, and that's not a bad thing!
Are you aware that Electrical engineering requires really advanced levels of mathematics..? If you don't like Maths you definitely wont like Electrical, I think you're a bit unsure with what is required as an Electrical engineer.

Tutor? Kahn Academy? I would probably suggest identifying why you are so weak in mathematics. Could it be a foundational issue such as not grasping the building blocks of mathematics?
