Low 80's surely... Hardest general maths test since 2001 (or that's how many past papers I've done anyway).

Might even be high 70's... Seemed much harder than the 2011 test and that cut off was around 78 i think

I doubt it, i'm guessing maybe 81-83.

What has the cut off been historically though? Like 85-86?

Haha, I thought a Band 6 is general maths was like ~90. Great to know its in the 80s. I rekon I'm in the band 6 range, but fingers crossed.

i thought this years was easier than the previous years. although did anyone get percentage error of 0.2 %, and it seemed to have more year 11 content than previous years

I dropped down from 2 unit, and didn't do the preliminary course. I found the test 100x better than 2012. 2012 paper had ALOT of year 11 work in it like vanishing points.

What do you think will be the band by band cut off?

By that I mean Band 5 how much?
Band 4 how much?
Band 3 how much? (Stop at that)

This was the source of the majority of my problems! I didn't do the prelim course and hadn't revised it all.

General's not that easy man. Granted, the content is extremely easy and basic, but the way the word everything ... It's like a freaking half maths half english exam at times.

I so wish I stayed in 2U. Everything seems so straight forward in 2U.

Seriously guys? Low 80's band 6 cut off? This is general, even though it was a hard paper I can't imagine it being that low. Isn't it usually around 90%? What was last years band 6 cut off?

No, it's not 90%. An 89 in 2009 aligned to 95, a b6 is usually around the mid 80's.
