Yeah, 2U maybe. 4U is a little different to that - it's actually beginning to start on some real maths.excuse me??

But practically all maths can be done through being able to appply formula's correctly, i agree 4U some won't, but basically it applies for all mathsYeah, 2U maybe. 4U is a little different to that - it's actually beginning to start on some real maths.
Have you looked at 4U HSC exams / Uni maths?
Guessing not.
4 Unit is being able to understand where stuff comes from. Deriving and understanding it rather than memorising. But practically all maths can be done through being able to appply formula's correctly, i agree 4U some won't, but basically it applies for all maths
+ understanding. That perhaps is more important than both of them combined IMOpretty easy if you can drill every formula need in your head.
Basically once you memorize every formula and can apply properly you'll get the band
You'd need about 45/120 in MX2 for an E3What are the cut offs for an e3 and e4 for hsc marks? I forgot is it 40-45/50 and 45+/50?
Especially in Conics where its like "Prove that...." at the start of every question.4 Unit is being able to understand where stuff comes from. Deriving and understanding it rather than memorising.
They're the kind of questions I liked.Especially in Conics where its like "Prove that...." at the start of every question.
This exactly.Real maths doesn't work on formulas. It works on concepts and being able to understand those concepts, manipulate what's in front of you and come up with a tangible solution.
