Yes this is another band 6 thread

I was wondering if my internal mark for modern history is, lets say 86% and I am ranked 8th. If i get 94% in the HSC exam would I get a band 6?
Also what would happen if I went good but the rest of the cohort perform badly, including those in the top spots?

Depends how the top 7 people perform, if they all get in the 90s, and you make it to the 90s too then yes, if not very un-likely.
