Baroque Small Ensemble! (1 Viewer)

I've been at school for the first 2 days of the year and we've already been notified of our first assessment task. I do music 2 and must perform a baroque piece with 2 or 3 other people and am having trouble finding a piece fitted to the criteria. I play the flute, another girl sings and a boy plays piano and violin and as we're the only people doing music 2 we have to be in the same group.

Just wondering if anyone has an idea of a good piece to play! Must be baroque - prefferably late baroque.

I've already looked into some Henry Purcell "The Fairy Queen" which I'm going to use as backup if I don't find something better. I would play the 1st or 2nd violin melody through the piece.

Any help would be much appreciated!!

awww if it was violins and cellos, u could of done vivaldi's four seasons

This is going to be very difficult as you play flute (there are no pieces in the baroque period that I know of with your instrument requirements). I would personally stick to that Purcell piece you've found and work on it......
