Who thinks its hard becoming 18 just before the HSC exams?
I have been so tempted to go out clubing but it taking time away from my studies. Any one else in this situation

yeah i didnt turn 17 until the last day of exams.
unfortunately it means that i'm one of the last of my friends to turn 18.

I turned 18 on the day of my second exam and the day before the exams for my 2 worst subjects.

I found that hard, because I'm one of those people that wanted to go out partying for the first week or so, and then went 'yeah, I'm 18, so what?'.
If only my birthday had been a a fortnight earlier.

i turned 17 on the day of the english hsc in 08. kinda lucky i skipped a year cause turning 18 then would suck.

Set up a reward system? In completing n/hours of study in the week you can subsequently kill brain cells friday/Saturday night. You don't have to drink let alone get blind.

Self control, responsibility, all the other stuff they preach in the pamphlets.
