actualli thats not completely true..
-3rd world nations give u the most exposure to clinical (practical) situations and cadavars.. War torn nations make good medics =) tho the access to electronic medical journals is limited
umm to the initial question...
a better question is "best universities to study medicine at for me?"
and thats a question u research for lik 5-6 months during yr 12..
