Hey guys, im looking to go into a field of science/health/medicine.
I know some Uni's have better facilities than others and are thus more appropriate.
What universities offer good facilities and are known for their science/health/medicine ?

Medicine = USYD for 99.95 otherwise UNSW
Science not sure probs USYD or UNSW

Sydney caters for high achievers (aka the state rankers, the 99.95's, dux etc.) quite well, but UNSW caters more broadly for people who did more averagely. Facility wise UNSW just got a new bio building, with newish medicine buildings too. Honestly, it might be worth just going to the unis during open day and seeing if you can join one of those tours around the building, if you want to compare facilities.
