BIOL1001 and HSC/Prelim Biology Similarities/Differences (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone,

I'm going to be taking BIOL1001 but didn't do biol in high school so I wanted to do some reading before uni starts to get some idea what goes on in biology.

I heard some people say that BIOL1001 is similar to Biology in high school so was wondering what parts of high school (both yr11/12 included) biology would be the best to cover as a foundation for BIOL1001?

Saving PSYC1001 for semester 1 of 3rd year lol there are no intermediate units that require PSYC1001... This way I can do ANAT units in 2nd year... which would otherwise be difficult to do unless you do BIOL1002 in Sem 2 as an elective (cbbs).

yeah except PSYC1001 is a prerequisite for intermediate PSYC units
