So I logged on to the board of studies my details and checked my internal ranks. However, for physics and chemistry my ranks shown were 2 ranks higher than those on the report for both subjects. Should I remain quiet or do you think they made a mistake before (on my report) and fixed it now?
What do you guys think???
And please let me know cause I'm going overseas next week and this may be my last chance to fix things up.
Thanks in advanced.

I would advise you to speak to your Principal.

This. It is possible that your teachers may have adjusted some marks above yourself, as maybe other student's marks were initially incorrect in their log books, thus pushing you up a couple of ranks.

same thing happened to me, went from 4th to 3rd in economics xD

15110 Economics 2 3 / 12
15140 English (Advanced) 2 21 / 69
15220 Legal Studies 2 1 / 17
15270 Modern History 2 2 / 17
15290 Music 1 2 5 / 13
15370 Studies of Religion I 1 8 / 82

How do these look? solid enough for 90+? I'm nervous as shit...

I know that most of you said "Don't say anything" and that is what I have intended to do but I did talk to a tutor of mine and he said that there may be a risk of marks getting mixed up which may affect my atar in the end.
Anyone wanna comment on this?

If you have ranked higher than other students and don't deserve it then THEY will most likely appeal against their ranks. It is most unusual for a student to appeal because their ranks are too high!

2 things:

1. Determine how you view this situation in regards to your ethical beliefs. Do you feel comfortable knowing that you've got the ranking that someone else had worked hard to achieve and hence finished above you?

2. Double check with your teachers/principle to see if you DID actually finish in that position and whether your school report rankings were incorrect.

Personally, I'd keep my mouth shut as it'd obviously go towards my favour because rankings play a vital part in your final ATAR. But at the same time, I'd feel bad because I've 'stolen' someone else's rankings that they've worked towards. I'd tell the person that I 'stole' the ranking from about the situation AFTER ATARs are released. wahahahahhahaha.
