just got my legal studies essay back. Got 21/25(I guess that's an OK mark)
But how can I further improve that mark?
Can any legal studies students give me a few pointers plz
really want to boost my marks up

Oh and the topic was related to workplace discrimination/safety

Here are somethings which can improve your marks:

Language - Try writing in plain english and pay attention to grammar and sentence structure. These arent marked directly, but poor grammar and use of language can prevent you from effectively communicating your ideas to the marker, which can cost you marks.

Arguments - Try to employ more sophisticated forms of arguments other than simply making a point and providing evidence to support that point. This could include the use of counter-arguments and the concept of thesis, anti-thesis, synthesis.
