l remember in recent years this has occured and a 'chat' had been created for bos users...any1 up for it?

I think we did this a few times last year... once for HSC and once for ATAR. Basically it's normal chat and then when someone gets in you post "OGOGOGOGOGOGOGOG ATAR RESULTS ARE OUT" and then everyone goes there.

Basically the point is to chat and to get first knowledge of when ATAR/HSC results come out.

I'd probably freak out staying up all night.
I'm going to make myself as tired as possible tomorrow so I sleep all night and wake up nice and -relatively- calm for the text message.

That being said, my friend said his sisters results came before 5.30 am, so I'm really hoping that doesn't happen to me... I'm one of those people who wake up and can't get back to sleep D:

Someone called me wanting to know what I had got and then I went and checked (this was like 3pm or something)

I stayed up till 4 am and fell asleep, woke up at 3 PM...by that time my mother had happily read the SMS and was calling her friends..so yeah, I was probably the last person to know ! haha

Why would you stay up? You wouldn't be doing yourself any justice, because god forbid your results are not what you expect, then because you have not slept; you will be in a fouler mood.
