Tonight I'm going to try cooking Salmon. Haven't decided what I'll have on the side as of yet

id eat so much salmon if it didnt cost so much, make sure u spice it up with herbs and lemon wrapped in foil and oil

Go to the fish market. It cost around $18-22/kg for the filited fish but if you want to do it yourself just by the whole fish and it becomes cheaper.

still when chicken is like $8-9/kg

Yeah 300g was like $13.00 which is pretty steep. I've never cooked fish before and figured that Salmon is a good place to start though.

Didn't do anything that fancy and just cooked the salmon as is. May try this next time though, any recommendations for herbs?

Hash brown broke apart because it costed 50c so i can't complain
Salmon is a little burnt but still tasted really nice

Pretty good for my first time cooking fish if i'm to say so myself

Didn't use the Chilli Sauce but as it's in all my food pics so far why stop
