Seeming as though I can browse through about a dozen 50 page threads in a minute or two I think there are serious issues with rate of content delivery within a time period.

Although I may not recall the exact number of online users of this site at every time interval there needs to be an increase in allowed bandwidth to accommodate a larger number of users.

I would get premium but not allowed to use parents credit card, and I dont have any of my own cards, (no bank, credit etc...)

its a free website, therefore we're allowed to complain. in addition, advertisements on bos are there only because of the high viewership. no viewers, no advertisers.

I want premium for three reasons.

1. Light blue name... Yay! (yes I probably have something wrong with me)
2. Premium resources are quite good. I'd like to access them all the time.
3. Double height avatars ^_^

I should probably pay off my paypal debt so I can pay for a premium membership and then I can help pay for the server costs. I would like to see BoS work a little better though. If new servers are the solution, that would be nice.

Premium is not worth the money IMO. But, I would be happy with more advertisements in exchange for better servers, and thus better speed.

I don't mind the advertisements at all... probably because I use an adblocker and they all go bye-bye.

the premium resources load about 40% of the time. would be great if that was more reliable.. seeing as i paid to use it 100% of the time
