BOS. TOTALLY SUCKS MY CHINESE RESULT WAS CHANGED FROM 76 TO 90. (1 Viewer)

STORY WAS, my previous chinese mark is 78/100 external, 94/100 internal, and final hsc mark is 86/100.
and i ordered a clerical check, it said my all answer booklets are all right, its totally bullshit, i cant believe, and then i ordered a raw mark report, i found my final question essay onlyu got 1.5/25 what the hell was this ? this
was fking stupid, i swear to god i used holy 2 papers to answer the final question. and then i called the enquiry centre, then the following letters :




Dear xxxxx

In the course of reviewing the issue you raised, there was a section of a
question that had not been marked. This has now been resolved and all parts
of your examination responses have been accounted for, marked and we are in
the process of updating your results. Once complete you will receive an
update of your credentials and UAC will also be notified of the updated
results.

Should you have any further queries, please feel free to contact the HSC
Inquiry Centre on 13 11 12

As you have been advised, the recheck did discover an issue which has now
been resolved. Your marks have been updated, and we passed these results on
to the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC). UAC is the organisation
responsible for calculating the ATAR, not the Board of Studies. The other
ATAR calculators are statistical predictors, but UAC conduct the actual
calculations and generate the final ATAR. If you have issues with this
calculations please contact UAC on 9752 0200.

Once the details have been completed you will receive a new set of raw
marks, and a full set of your student responses. Under the circumstances
we will refund the fees from the results check and raw marks listing = $20.

before, i recevied atar 86.75, after one month beating, i get 89.95,but this atar is not real, because, my result:

chinese:92
MATH EX1:90
MATH EX2:90
BIZ:76
ESL:81

i think i should get 90+.
i want to contact the ATAR enquiry centre,but it opened in december 2011, how can i contact them?

the atar is calculated based on a scale with everyone else's marks as well. clearly chinese doesnt scale very well (hence why your atar only went up by a few points)

Chinese background doesn't scale well, even if you got 90 you wouldn't have been scaled very well tbh.

For example, I would be over the moon if I got a band 5 in all of my subjects. Especially Japanese.

By the looks of your marks, having 3 band 6's should get you above 90 ATAR, especially with extension 1 & 2 maths. I think ESL English screwed you up cause its compulsory to count it into your ATAR along with your band 4. Bad luck there.
