Coming to USyd

Last time I started at a Uni, I went to all the o-week shit and it was cool, esp. the pub-crawls. Point is, I have now changed jobs and will be starting as an academic at USyd. You think a 41 year old academic (no matter how cool) turning up at O-week functions might be just that little bit tacky?

Yes. I would be weirded out. But I'd prob assume you were a lecturer, or something.
