ok...... i have a lot of experience on this topic. the guy has only blocked you because he is not in a mood to have a romantic relationship. try to gain some attention around to that extent when he accually knows that you like him.
obviously he is not gay so he will not ignore you but if he does ignore despite the fact you are tring to gain his attention, then the guy soooooo over you. he blocks you because he thinks it is pretty useless to have a relationship with you because you don't understand him.
try to let go and move....on........
