fruit salad is definitely good for this cause it's not a heavy as cereal.

I made porridge this morning, and realized why I don't normally eat it.

I have a feeling that I just suck at making porridge though.

For me, its not the eating of breakfast that makes me feel sick, its the actual preparing of it. If someone else makes my breakfast I'm fine, but otherwise, I don't eat.

BTW, I think that those up and go things are a gimmick. They've never made me feel full, but then again, I don't think that two weetbix and milk would either.

I always eat a bowl of oats for breakfast, sometimes along with a piece of fruit and some yogurt. It's easy to stomach.

yeah im not really into breakfast either.. i dont know how some people can eat so much just after they get up.. i have a shake and sometimes a piece of fruit like a banana

It honestly depends on when i wake up. If i wake up early in the morning, around 6:00 or 7:00, i wont feel like eating, and i'll just have a little bowl of cereal. If i wake up later in the day, like 10ish, i can eat more stuff, like a sandwich, fruits, salad, anything lol :D
