I said the contrast of their characters, i.e. he's all mysterious and creepy, and she's all normal.

is that right??

Well, what I did was contrast what Jessica saw the ranger as (in the story) and our ideal bushranger (like Ned Kelly?!???).

HAHA! DAMMIT.

I reckon as long as you explained your contrast sufficiently and backed it up with quotes from the text, you'll be fine.

I used the contrast of Jessica's feelings towards the Bushranger, fluctuating from the humanity to the beastly-like qualities.

IDK. It seemed good at the time, lol.

i talked about the contrast between nature and the disruption by the appearance of the bushranger, with like his man-made inventions like guns and stuff. and yeah his unorderly-looking-ness. >__>"

I talked about the perfection and natural beauty of the setting being contrasted by the dark, imperfect bushranger.

What did you guys put down for the question on the contrasts ?

I would just like to know = P
god, this has got to be the shittiest thing ive ever seen in an exam!

on hindsight it would have made a great porno... i mean....

just her...alone in the jungle... a guy appears out of nowhere....

but anyway, it was pretty tough. i wrote about the whole beast-with-human-feelings thing for my contrast.

author/girl was on drugs btw.

lol yeahh, hey?
hated that part, questions were bad and the text was weird.
but hardest part of the test, I reckon.

I put the weather/environment; how it was hot where she came from and then when she went it was 'cool'-er, I suppose. lol, no idea at all though.

yeah, another reason why it would have made a good porno.

Good. I think I put personification. What did it mean about the creek? I think I said that it said the creek was flowing slowly or some shit about how it's dry... I'm pretty sure I'm wrong :) lol, just when I thought I was going to kick some ass in English.... :(
