A friend of mine is failing business studies, i think its the fact she cant grasp the concepts properly. Is there a book any of you can suggest that might be able to help with that.

like twistedrebel said, macquarie guide is pretty good. your friend could try getting the hsc business studies getting better results textbook by don sykes. it's got lots of case studies and the info is pretty much spot on & well summarised.

thats an entire text book
isnt that kinda uselss for only couple months before the HSC
how about some study guide?

I just found the leading edge textbook was enough, i find in business though that its helpful to have a whole bunch of resources so i'll basically look at my DE classwork, the textbook and online for stuff I don't understand.
Generally business' studies is trying to relate the stuff you learn to business' you've seen in real life so maybe like what 'wrecking' said just looking at case studies and stuff, or even going to visit a business and asking the owner's some questions
