Google the Raw Marks Database, and dwload it from BoS. You can use it to estimate cut-offs for past HSC's. I don't think it has data for financial services tho.

Aligning is determined by the mark that BoS believes is of a certain band standard. Throughout the years, it seems that 81-82 has been the standard which meets the criteria needed for a b6 in Legal.
