Can i apply for two different degrees with the same UAC course code? (1 Viewer)

I want to place b eco at no 1
and
b commerce at no 2

but they both have the same course code and of 424000 and only let me place one.

it also shows up at b commerce as my first preference instead as well, so does anyone have any info?

Assuming this is UNSW, isn't BEc's course code 424002?

sorry my bad i meant i wanted beco/comm which is 424000 as my first choice
and bcomm which is 424000 as my 2nd choice

Once you get the offer from UNSW, you should be able to choose whether you want a combined degree or not. That's done directly with the university.

Because you'd be wasting preferences.

UAC treats them as if they're one course, presumably because the admission requirements are the same. Given that you can pick which one you want at enrolment time, why would you want to preference that code twice?
