Can I do My HSC in Pencil? (1 Viewer)

I realise that the BOS states that you should write in black or blue pen, but is writing in pencil allowed? I tend to work a lot better using pencil. If not, is there any way I can get permission to write in pencil?

hmm does your school allow you to use pencils in your half yearlies?


generally its forbidden because they don't want ppl changing answers after its been marked, though i can't see it as a problem in the actual HSC as there is no remarking

For diagrams yes, I'm not too sure for everything else and if so I highly doubt you would be able to get special provisions to use pencil because you "work a lot better using pencil"

At the end of the day, yes. If you write the exam answers in pencil they will still be marked.

theres so many diffferent styles of pens theses days.. i'm sure you can find one thats as close to your pencil.. if not; then just use your own pen#s

hahah, I use pen for everything, and have been doing so for all my high school life, but there is just something about pencils that makes me work better during exams. Thanks for your clarification on whether I could use pencil or not in the HSC.

Go through the exam in pencil and then rub all of it out and redo it in pen. I did that for my bio half yearly... forgot my rubber :/
