So my Mum is pregnant, and the baby is due near the end of september (right near HSC period), would I be allowed to apply for bonus points? If so, where do I go?

Apply directly to UAC (by mail). The 1st site hasn't been renewed for 2012 so it says EAS applications are closed. Just wait for it to open again and complete the application form/attach evidences required and mail it to the address on the form.
