i stuffed up in my exams and dont really know if i can still get at least an 80 atar, i think im gonna get scaled down heaps
these are my internal ranks and raw marks i think i got or ill get for my exams

=1/19 eng standard, 85/105 done
1/13 ipt , 80-90/100 done
2/15 general math , 60-65/100 did really really shit
1/7 design and tech , 80/100
1/9 senior science, 75-85/100

my school rank is in the 400s

Hard to say, depends on how bad you stuffed your exam I guess? With those rankings & marks, I think you could definitely crack the mid-80s mark. Just that your mark for general is a bit low..

ahhh thats wat im afraid of , my teacher said my maths mark would probly align to a b4 and with my rank id probly get a mid b4 but that would still scale like shit, what if i get 90 for design n tech would that suffice for an 80 atar despite the crap mark for general?

yes definitely 100% (82 - 84)

I think you're looking at low 80s. So yeah, definitely possibility of cracking 80.

I assume those are your raw marks - in which case I think you are meant to moderate and align them first, then average them out with your estimated aligned exam marks, and then enter the final result into the atar calculator.

I did, but they are assessment marks, they do not matter AT ALL anymore.
