I have ranked really poorly in all my subjects. Is it possible if i work incredibly hard for the HSC exams to get an ATAR of 84?

You need to provide your school rank or the range your school usually ranks within, for people to be able to estimate. E.g, a ruse student ranked in the top 50% of their cohort is going to, most likely, do better than a student from a 600 ranked school in the top 50% of their cohort.
