Can you access UAC and Student Online in China? (1 Viewer)

Going overseas and was wondering if you can, please help! If you have relatives there that could try the website out? Thanks a bunch.

For future students, UAC and Student online worked perfectly fine for me in China.

For the record I don't see why they would block UAC and Student Online. It's nothing political, let alone against China.
