I'm going to sign up to do HSFY at Otago in 2011 :)eek:).

Background: I've been working part time/studying part time in science (Diploma in Science which will finish at the end of 2010), prior to this I've also worked/studied in Engineering (Diploma in Civil Eng.).

Situation: So I have 18 months to "soften the blow" of going to university for the first time and making damn sure I do well in the HSFY course(Perhaps a little strangely Dentistry will be my career of choice). I just want to reduce the future workload as much as possible and make it easy on myself, I'm not top of the class by any means but I'm hoping a preperation and sustained effort will prevail.

What do I need to read/understand/learn beforehand? Are there any texts/resources that comprehensively cover all the material?
